As an upstream country, we take our responsibility seriously and propose the creation of a regional task force supported by the UN to coordinate water-sharing strategies and climate resilience plans.</p><p>We are prepared to invest in infrastructure that benefits all neighbors, including transparent data sharing on water flow. Kazakhstan calls on all affected countries to join in peaceful, science-based cooperation.</p>]]></description>
