• The new clubhouse, excluding the cement deck, may not exceed 185m².

• The flat, level cement deck must be constructed as part of the clubhouse.

• The cement deck may not exceed 100m².

• The cement deck must be placed in such a way that it can be used as an outside viewing

deck during matches. It should be sufficiently elevated to give seated spectators a view of the

field.

• An open inside area of approximately 75m² where people may be seated at tables for functions or in rows for meetings. This area will also cater for an overflow of spectators from the deck on match days.

• An area with a beverage fridge and counter to serve drinks and beverages through serving hatches to the open area and deck.

• A kitchen that will be used to heat and serve pre-packed foods through serving hatches To the open area and deck.

• The kitchen must be equipped with a fridge, stove, double sink, wash basin, microwave oven, built in kitchen cabinets with counters.

• Separate male and female toilet facilities to cater for a maximum of 100 spectators or function attendees.

• A secure storeroom to stack public address systems, chairs and folding tables.

• Sport team dressing/change rooms.
