William shakespeare was born in Stratford-upon-Avon in England. The exact date of his birth is not recorded but it's ussualy celebrated on 23 of april. He was born into a wealthy family and his father was the mayor of the town.

1582: William Shakespeare gets married

He married Anne Hathaway in 1582 and had 3 children. The eldest, Susanna, was baptised on 26 May 1583. They also had twins, Judith and Hamnet, baptised on 2 February 1585. Shakespeare had four grandchildren who all died without heirs, so there are no direct descendants of his line today.
