It needs to be a very sought after product and people that want to buy it. If it is well advertised and people are waiting/excited for the product it will be very successful. If you would want to do a worldwide launch you have to be successful in your area first, then expand to the US slowly. After you've done that, you have to expand to other country's by making people have the need for the product.

A product is a good candidate for a phased launch if it needs testing in specific markets or if it has features that need fine-tuning based on feedback. Phased launches allow for adjustments before going big. A worldwide launch is ideal for a product that has broad appeal and can meet the demands of different countries. It should also be able to comply with global regulations and be easily distributed.

To be considered a candidate for a phased launch, the product needs to be well exhibited over a specific market, attracting potential customers for its arrival. As well as allowing for feedback and adjustments to be made before its release. In contrast, a worldwide launch would need to gain a following in a certain region, then expand off its popularity to appeal to the worldwide market. If one region of the would obsesses over a product, then other regions would also take interest in the product.

For a product to be a good candidate for a phased launch, it needs to be a needed or heavily sought-after product. It needs to already have a base market and it needs customers ready for when it is launched. It also needs to be something that customers can easily experiment with and leave feedback about. After this you can make adjustments to your product and make it better. To be a good candidate for a worldwide launch, one would need to have different followings in multiple regions and need to be much more popular. If it is a product that different countries all require it may be time to consider launching it worldwide. It should also be easily distributable and reasonably priced.

Dependent on multiple factors, a product could either be launched in either of a launched or worldwide sequence. One such factor would be that of promising test results in a particular market segment. If a said product has such, then it could be the market for which it is initially launched. Acting as a sort of "pilot," it provides the opportunity for changes to be made to the product before it is made further accessible to other markets. In the case of a worldwide launch, the product must have a significant demand in multiple different areas as well as individual markets. In this however, the ability to make improvements to the product is significantly inhibited.

A product is a good fit for a phased launch if it is niche, complex, or something that needs real-world testing before going big. For example, new technology, apps, or services that rely on user behavior are often better tested in smaller markets first. This gives the company time to gather feedback, fix bugs, and make improvements without risking a full-scale failure. It also helps build hype gradually. On the other hand, a product that has mass appeal, minimal cultural barriers, and proven demand, such as a popular video game or global fashion trend, is better suited for a worldwide launch. If the product is simple, easy to understand, and already generating excitement, launching it everywhere at once can create momentum, brand recognition, and sales on a global scale.

characteristics that would be a good candidate for phased launching is the products that have limited resources, if the company is lack of resources to produce products it'd be better to start with select markets enables focused efforts. Entering unfamiliar markets would allow phased launches to understand local consumers and preferences. Products that would be good candidates for worldwide launch are products that have high global demand such as essentials goods or recognized brands that are suitable for worldwide launch. Brand presence is also important for worldwide launch because it can leverage their existing customers.
