"Their case is past all hope; they are crying in extreme misery and perfect despair." (110)

This is a simple statement, meant to invoke that their sins are beyond the point of being forgiven by god. That hope is all but a foreign dream to them.

"The bow of God's wrath is bent, and the arrow made ready on the string, and justice bends the arrow at your heart and strains the bow; and it is nothing but the mere pleasure of God—and that of an angry God without any promise or obligation at all—that keeps the arrow one moment from being made drunk with your blood." (108)

This one is a large metaphor for the way he sees their situation under god. The bow being bent, means that it could theoretically fire at any given moment, just that its archer chooses not to.

"Those of you that finally continue in a natural condition that shall keep out of hell longest" (110)

The quote insists that people who follow the faith of god will be kept out of hell the longest. Meaning that they won't be in hell for eternity, but will be born again into the heavens perhaps.
