When this happens  it is hard for me to do my work and sometimes makes me feel like I am not smart. My mom and teachers have helped me with strategies to stay focused and I am learning how to use different ways to organize. 

How does the example relate to the theme?

There have been challenges with the internet, microphone not working, being in my house and not in person with friends. Also group work is more difficult in virtual school. I have been flexible and adjusted to learning in this new way and I complete my assignments and my grades are good.
