         <description><![CDATA[<div>As an English teacher, I think how we use language is important, and words that label and insult are some of the most powerful. The process of changing a word's meaning has to be organic and can't really be manufactured: society as a whole has to change how they see the word. I think this is the challenge of movements to "reclaim" words. A word has to be reclaimed by most of society--most of society has to change its mind, that is--before a word can change its meaning. </div>]]></description>
