It is said that electronic devices have to be purchased with a large amount of money, and it is said that if the household is in financial difficulty, it may be difficult for too much money. 
I think that digital education in general can develop further only by solving this situation. 

First of all, the current situation is that the state supports the region or checks the income level and distributes electronic devices to economically disadvantaged families. However, this can cause financial difficulties in the country and is considered a rather cumbersome process. 

So, the solution I thought of would be to run a state-owned institution that rents used equipment for a period of time. We believe that renting is an environmentally friendly way to reduce waste as well as not requiring a lot of spending. There are many people who change existing equipment to new ones, so I think the most appropriate way is to keep the equipment used by these people and then rent them for a certain period of time.
