         <description><![CDATA[<div>supplementation claims are emotive - better recovery, improved endurance, increased strength, loss of body fat, an enhanced immune system. These enhances and unfair advantages caused by supplementation have lead to formation of strict rules and regulations around the use of them.&nbsp;<br>supplements include:&nbsp;<br>-proteins<br>-caffeine&nbsp;<br>-creatine products<br>-vitamins and minerals (electrolytes) <br><br>Arguments that are positive towards to supplementation within sport is that certain supps such as the vitamins/minerals and protein which are assisting the athlete to stay healthy and have a basic energy source to carry out the event. vitamins and minerals arent as such providing an advantage or enhancing the athletes performance unfairly but it is providing them with hydration, calcium and the nutrients they need to function efficiently for the event. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
