In the past!The concept of fashion developed in the Middle Ages. Out of a desire to look their best, women copied clothing and style from one to another. Pastel-colored flower materials were brought from the Byzantine Empire. The influences from the east have been criticized by the Christian church.


People in the Middle Ages wore leather shoes with laces and classic pointed toe shoes. Also in the Middle Ages, women began to wear platform sandals, and heels became more and more popular. At the same time, shoes began to have more complex designs, different colors and elegant embroidery.

To begin with, if you'd have to think about "old" fashion, most people would have a teenager from the 1980's with crazy clothes in mind.Now, let's be honest,teenagers were very fashionable back then. In fact, our teens are  also quite interesting  when it comes to clothing styles.But let's jump back for  a  bit.
People in the 80's wore large pants,crop tops and complimented  their outfits with a lot of accessories and even some jewellery. at least  from what I've  heard,people loved being unique,but also one with the fashion,and it seems like teenagers nowdays follow the  same rules.
Now,teens are very accepting and supporting,whether it'a a lifestyle or just a phase. We are bringing back fashion trends, and start to finally appreciate  our parents' style when they were our age,even older. Teenagers  nowdays even start  listening to old arists,and the ones who were  already listening to them,admit it now with no shame or fear whatsoever.

Some time ago like 10,000 years ago we humans didn’t wear clothes as for now. As humans evolved they began wearing clothes. They got clothes from the animal skin. Do you know how did they made clothes back then? They made clothes out of plants and sheep wool or other kinds of wool. Flax is the oldest wool from the century. Its name came from the flax plant. We wear chlothes for protecion to not burn our skin or to not freez, etc. What is a fierfighters, doctors … costume is special for?  Its special for protecting the body and the rest when is someone is very ill or is in a house with fier. For both man and woman, fashion is tied to identity. There are many ways that you can dress and style yourself, but sometimes its inspired by the media. In the looking of the 2018 year we had a big change in the fashion world and choices in general. Fashion is infuenced by new trends popular celebrities: musicians, roaltys, etc. Fashion has changed over the years for both man and woman: men- more practical clothes, no high heels; woman- they were allowed to wear pants like man did.  The most popular color of clothing in 1920 were: woman -peach, grey, blue, rose, yellow, sand and the last is black; man- navy, grey, green and brown. Like everyone else, they have a special uniform for their work. I think in the past it was much more complicated because their uniform was not so efficient and safe. But over time it has changed and more ideas have been found for these uniforms. For example, in 1866 they wore a simple suit made of thicker material. Then in 1974 there was a change to the leggings , the iconic yellow leggings were presented to the world. The wool tunic stayed but the black rubber leggings were phased out and replaced with the iconic yellow leggings. In 1989 The Nomex suit was introduced. The fabric offered far greater protection from the heat and flames of the fire and was waterproof. These were the first suits that had the same protection in the coat and the trousers. In 1999 the Inferno suit was made. This maroon suit was more heat resistant than the previous suit. This allowed firefighters easier movement and the ability to stay in hot conditions for longer. The suit has three layers: fireproof, waterproof and thermal protection. And the last costume created was the Ergotech Action (2010). Nowadays, firefighters wear this suit. This is an improvement but still based on the other older costumes. It was made of the lightest, most protective materials possible at the time. The Ergotech Action design included many features to increase the comfort for firefighters, such as action pleats, shaped sleeves and knees. Japan is a really unique country. It has many traditions including traditional clothing. Their traditional clothing is known as kimono.

originally, kimono was the japanese word for clothing. but after years the word was mostly used for the traditional clothing. komonos as we know them today came into our lives during the heian period (794-1192).

from the nara period (710-794) until then, japanese people typically wore either ensembles consisting of separate upper and lower garments for example; trousers or shirts, or they wore one piece garments. the hein period has changed the tradition. a new kimono making technique was developed. known as the straight line cut method, it involved cutting pieces of fabric in straight lines and swing them togheter. with this technique, kimono makers did not have to concern themselves with the shape of the wearers body.

A UK study found that parents pay over 350 dollars for uniforms each year.That is a lot of money but I promise you simple clothes cost a lot more than that.
Schools with uniforms have better behaved students.It might not seem real,since clothing can’t change a persons behavior,but it is.Students are afraid they on the streets someone might see them in their uniforms and could report it to the principal of the school.

A lot of people disagree school uniforms are needed,but they are.And you can always make them look good with accessories anyways!

  The womans' dresses have changed through the years. In the 1857s, woman started to wear bustles. In the mid-ninteenth-century, they were really high fashioned. 
  The bustles were usually white and big, sometimes puffy, that were worn under the skirt to keep the skirt from dragging. Also in the mid-ninteenth-century, the big dresses and the extravagant details like flowers or embroidery were really popular. Usually, every accessory from their skirts, matched their long puffy sleeves.
  In the 1950s, the big and puffy dresses weren't worn anymore. Womans could wear also slim and long dresses. However, in public the always should have been dresses decent and well. 
  Between 1960s-70s, the dresses were getting shorter. For example, womans didn't have to wear long dresses anymore. It was their choice.
  In the 1990s, womans started wearing more denim skirts, coloured jeans and leggings. However, the dresses were still in trend.
  All in all, the womans' dresses have changed a lot since the last century so and the fashion did. Just think of the fact that they all fought with courage. What were they wearing during war time? Uniforms. I have came to think that every solider that fought wore the same thing, exactly like a uniform. And then we didn't wear them anymore (the armor). 
      Think about the old schools. Kids back then wore clothing made out of sack material, that was certainly not a uniform. Lets move about 150 years forward. Every child needed to wear a specific type of clothing, a shirt, a robe, and pants. Those were the roots of uniforms.

       Time flies, we may wake up 20 years in the future 6 feet under. ( i’m kidding ) But observe your clothing now, then your school uniform. The long pants later evolved into medium length shorts and in the 1930s the jersey's material changed from heavy wool to lighter polyester and nylon. In the 70s and 80s the uniform was pretty standard until Michael Jordan in 1984 requested longer shorts which popularized the now popular Basketball uniforms.

Even the people that are sick in hospital are happy because they see medical asistant with a very special mask and costume.
