In my earlier years, my culinary journey or experience was guided by family influences and my country's traditional dishes. I remember fondly the aromatic dishes that my family prepared, they cooked flavorful and spicy dishes. My grandmother's traditional recipes, passed down through generations, were an integral part of my childhood. My favorite dish, and the most simple to prepare, when I was little was quesadillas.

Presently, I've developed knowledge about my culinary custumes. Also enjoy various cuisines from around the world. Besides my country's cuisine I like Italian dishes like pizza and pasta, or Japanese cuisine like sushi. I also have learned how to cook a lot of dishes from mexican tradition.

Future

Looking ahead, I envision my relationship with food more evolved but also deeply connected into myself. In a couple of years, I probably will have specific skills in cooking and tasting different dishes, and probably would have learned many cooking methods.
