1-Explain the task! I delivered a tik tok to my group explaining facts about me and my life. Then the peers asked me questions about my life.
2-What went well? I think that my group had a good understanding on my life from my tik tok.

Evidence 1 - making a quilt
1- Explain the task! Our class each made a small, square piece of paper and wrote out name on one side and a fact about the uniformed services on the other side. Then we all had to hole punch the corners and attach it all together to make a quilt.
2 - What went well! The class all worked together and eventually we made the quilt work.
3- what could be improved! Our communicating as people was arguing and the paper kept getting ripped or have too many holes.

Evidence 3- another time I’ve communicated
1-Explain the task! before covid i went to a job interview at a hairdressers, and in October 2021 i had a job interview at a resturant or a waitress.
2- What went well? I got both jobs and have worked at them both ever since.
3- What could i improve if i did it again? give more detailed awnsers when asked questions.

Evidence 2 - presentation
1 - Explain the task! Me and my partner had an assignment to do a presentation in citizenship and diversity about key features of society. We had to present this in front of the class and Luke our teacher, he then graded us on how we did.
2 - What went well! We both achieved a merit by presenting each slide and helping each other if we got stuck and bounced off each other when giving information.
3 - What could be improved! We messed up abit on the information we wrote and got a slide wrong, so we would make sure it was all right if we did it again.

treasure hunt
1 - Explain my task! On one of the first days of college we got put in groups and had to do a treasure hunt where we were given riddles and had to figure them out and go to the place the riddle meant then take a photo there.
2 - What went well! We manged to do most of the treasure hunt in the time we were given.

1- Explain the task
We had to make a tik tok in tutorial and then show it to the class. This motivated me to go out of my comfort zone speaking infront of a class i didn't really know as we had just started. I got very good feedback from my tutor.
2 - What went well
I got very postive feedback from my tik tok and the questions asked afterwards.
3 - What could be improved next time
i would be more confident and be not as scared and to believe in myself.

Exaplin - I use metal straws instead of plastic straws to be more sustabible
What went well - it’s not wasting as much plastic and paper straws as metal straws are reusable
How to improve - to make sure I use them constantly and not have to Rely on paltic and paper straws from McDonald’s and other restraints

attendance in college

i attend college most days and have only had a few days of this year, i feel like this motivates me as it gives me a better chance in the future with jobs with showing i can show up on time and everyday
what went well? my attendance has improved since last year and i have way more less days off

1 - i have been working at my bar/cafe job for nearly a year. i am motivated to for the job as i enjoy it and have nearly been working their for a year.

2 - this is good because it shows i am commited to something and that i have the motivation to go into my job even if im feeling ill as i don't want to let my team down.

3 - i dont need to improve anything as im commited and motivated with this job.

I have a part time job, which gives me work experience. This is because i serve customers. This means i work on my communication skills and confidence skills each time i serve someone.

2 -

This means my customer service skills has improved and i can use them in all my jobs in the future and on day to day activities.

3 -

Something i can improve on is not getting as nervous when talking to new customers who start up conversations.

Also with my part time job i help prepare pizza's by topping them and taking them out to customers. And also making up plates for the lunch time menu by creating the salad, crisps and taking that out aswell.

I am responsible for this as i am trusted not to mess up the pizzas by topping them right and also not dropping the food when i take it out.

3 -

i could improve by when topping pizzas, i spread the tomatoa base more evenly adn in a perfect circle

Also in my part time job i clean the tables once customers have finsihed, and also where i make drinks such as cocktails, wine and spirits.

2 -

i do well at this as once ive finshed making drinks i always make sure to tidy up after myself by cleanining the measures, and cocktail equipment. i also collect used glasses and place them in glass washer then put them away once being cleaned.

3 -

i could improve on clearing tables after customers have finsihed as i sometimes forgot to clean or see that customers have left and that the table needs sorting.

at work i helped train someone new by teaching them how to make coffees and cocktails and how the till works

what went well - the staff member learned how to efficently make coffees.

how to improve next time- use more easier terminology to help teach instead of technical terms
