I am compassionate and amiable
I wonder what tomorrow will bring
I hear unanswered questions
I see young minds eager to learn
I want to inspire others
I am compassionate and amiable

I pretend to understand the challenges that surround me
I feel a need to shape the next
generation
I touch the minds and hearts of many
I worry that I will not make a
difference

I cry for those young minds who are discouraged
I am compassionate and amiable

I understand there will always be obstacles to overcome
I say never give up
I dream of what the future holds
I try to stay positive and optimistic
I hope to make a difference
