My sister had a personal challenge when she got surgery on her foot and she couldn't cheer. She had to use crutches to walk around school but she didn't give up. She kept practicing to walk without crutches and soon she could do cheer again!

A person I know who overcame a personal challenge is my brother. My brother had broken his dominant hand and couldn't use his dominant hand on anything. How he overcame was to use his non-dominant hand for everything. Soon later he was healed up and was able to use his dominant hand.

Someone I know who had a personal challenge is my father. He couldn't finish his education fully in his teenage years, so he had to finish it as an adult. People in his area looked down on him for that, but he didn't give up and finished his education anyways.

A time when someone had a personal challenge and overcame it was when my friend Maria had a knee and had to do surgery. She could not walk and it healed for about 7 months. In 6 months there was a soccer finals and she played and scored 2 goals.

I had a personal challenge when I sprained my ankle, I couldn't walk for a whole month, and after that is was sore and bruised all over my ankle. it was difficult when I tried walking, but I overcame it by still trying to walk and putting bandages on my ankle.

A time when someone I know had a personal challenge and overcame it is when my father had knee surgery. He couldn't go to work for about 2 months. Every week he got physical therapy every morning. He never gave up on walking around the house and cooking for me and my siblings. He then felt better and he could walk fine and drive fine and yeahhhh ahahah. 🐔

A time when some I know had a personal challenge is me, I had to get surgery for my stomach. I couldn't get up by myself, couldn't bend down to get anything, couldn't run for about 2-3 months, and could barely sleep at night. After I healed I could run and Im making improvements for my running since I didn't run for a long time. First time I ran my time was about 13:00 minutes, I try to push myself everytime we run the mile, now my mile time is about 10:00- 11:00. (like and subscribe)

Someone that I know had a personal challenge and overcame it is my dad because when he started a new job as a truck driver and on his first day he fell from the truck because he slipped. He could barely walk and his ankle and foot were all bruised. Even though he was really injured, he only took 2 days off and went back to work. When he had time, he went to different places to get massages and took medicine so he could work better without an injury.
