As I needed to ensure I had time to work with students on the fine motor board I created. While also needing to ensure I still had time to work one on one with Danny on phase one of the picture exchange communication system (PECS). We agreed the most suitable time for me to work with Danny would be at 9:30am as he would be settled in to the class by the time and also as it is in the morning, he should have good concentration levels. We allowed for extra time to work with Danny on Fridays during swimming as sometimes unexpected things can happen and or students can have an off day so if a PECS lesson didn't go to plan, I was allowed to work with Danny during his swimming time.
