Listen more and start practice as well as you can. Also join other competition like challenge yourself to talk at the Ted talk program or public speaking/debate.

Speak as your native language every time every where, every hour, every day, every second. It's look crazy but fun and helpful.

Ask another student: don’t be scared to ask the outstanding student for want to know more about process of writing.

Follow the rule : follow the tips or the rule when your teacher teaching you .

Learn more on grammar : including new word especially transitions.

• Use subtitles in English ( example: when you watch Korea movies you should put subtitles in English so can repeat it )
