We can deal with global warming by building sea walls, and can afford to pay, fix, or replace anything damaged such as homes, schools, and buildings.

Bangladesh is just one of the poor countries that will be greatly effected by global warming. Bangladesh's economy greatly relies on farming but after all the flooding their farmland has been spoiled with salt water. This poor country has a rapidly growing population of 16 million and has little room to relocate people who have been flooded out of their homes. Unlike America, Bangladesh cannot afford to pay for the damage done by sea level rise.
