Since forming Zen Goodness in 2017, he has identified, acquired, renovated, and sold a dozens of properties throughout the Greater Atlanta region. He is responsible for and oversees virtually all areas of operation at the company - from marketing campaigns to acquiring properties, financing, permitting, designing and building. He also manages the construction projects and the company’s operating budget. Between 2006 and 2017, Jason Zakocs led zcreation, Inc., as president and CEO, during which time he successfully oversaw numerous real estate projects.

Mr. Zakocs holds a bachelor of arts in cultural anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Additionally, he completed leadership in ontology programs at Landmark Education and worked as a staff member there from 1999 until 2006. He spent time as a seminar program manager, production manager, managed the assisting program, the Course Supervisor program, was facilities manager and various other roles that involved extensive in depth work on transformative program development programs.
