         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>• Anxiety </mark><br>&nbsp;<strong>Millions of people suffer from performance anxiety, commonly called "stage fright."</strong> In fact, most people might also feel sick before they perform but that’s all because of the anxiety. Athletes, musicians, actors, and public speakers often get performance anxiety.<br><br><mark>• Voice strain</mark><br>Vocal cord strain <strong>occurs when the muscles and vocal cords are injured through overuse</strong>.<br><br><mark>• Low energy</mark><br>Having no motivation or energy to get on with your day / work.<br><br><mark>• Muscle strains.</mark><br>A muscle strain is <strong>an injury to a muscle or a tendon</strong> — the fibrous tissue that connects muscles to bones. Minor injuries may only overstretch a muscle or tendon, while more severe injuries may involve partial or complete tears in these tissues.</div>]]></description>
