I have grown up as a Christian, and partake in Christian Holidays such as Christmas and Easter. Food goes into these traditions as well. Every Christmas, my mom makes her signature banana bread for one day only. Ninety-five percent of the food we eat is pasta related, and it is used for family events/parties. I have been working in an ELC for about four years now, and it has opened up my eyes to the different joys of working with children.
