I would like to express my appreciation for the staff named Deepa from Mount Faber Leisure Group I Visited Sensoryscape station to ride the cable car on 9 June 2026 and had a great experience thanks to Deepa. She was very friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. We didn’t fully understand some of the details at first, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel rushed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really made our visit more enjoyable. Thank you, Deepa for being so welcoming and providing such excellent service. - 10 June

Velda and Sach were AWESOME! So on point - friendly, courteous and down-to-earth. We were the only ones on this ride and they kindly shared their experiences of life in Singapore as a real local. We tried to tip them but weren't allowed! - 1 June

Great ride with beautiful aerial views. The ticketing and boarding process was quick, and the ticket seller and Khairah were very organized. It’s a bit pricey, but the scenery makes it worth doing at least once. - 4 June
