Here at Challenge Coins UK, we have our own personal IT service supplied by Greg Chapman. He does regular service checks, malware checks and remote sessions to make sure our computers are protected.

We tend to get a lot of promotion emails come through and scams to our computers. This is something Greg Chapman and Tom have taught us to avoid and not click on as it can transfer malware to our machines.

We always organize our content as easy and effectively as possible. For example, we keep hundreds of folders on Finder based off the company's name, individuals who order or Army regiments. We can always search for specific folders as well if need be.

For me personally, I love to keep my emails labelled such as closed projects, Vector drawings and completed projects. This helps me keep organized thought my time working here.

We recently had another inquiry from Jaguar Land Rover who wanted new coins to show long service recognition to their workers.

Another commercial driver we tend to try and identify is why they need our products and when. These are important tp use so we know if we can produce and ship the items on time to them.

For example, ASIS UK needed their [in badges by the 15th May so we have had to put a rush job on them to make sure they get there on time.
