I 'm doing alright and I hope you are too. In my opinion, your parents probably have a reason on not letting you get one, there are lots of cons on owning a mobile phone such as getting distracted and losing focus from your studies. Though there are also lots of pros and advantages on owning one, but as for now, it isn't a need for us as students.
