Though I hope you're no longer as still as me, but instead you've been moving, always progressing, always active, restless, yet you rest more, but only because you finally know what you want in life. Hopefully, you've finally figured out the balance that we needed between work and our passions, as well as definitely the balance in our bank account. Though I hope your experiences stayed priceless. I hope you value yourself more, even even if it's a little too much because you've learned to never settle for less. I won't hope for love because I know you still will love your family, your friends, and yourself. And I bet you bet on yourself now. You trust your gut and know what's right for you. You chase it and believe in it, and you're no longer afraid to make that jump. I'm sure you finally reach some of your goals, your dreams and aspirations, and became an inspiration because the thought of you inspires me already. And most importantly, don't forget about me. Remember our struggles and the chances we took, and you've never regrett a single thing to this day. 1. I am currently a SHS student taking the STEM Pre-Sci strand at Ateneo De Davao University.

a. I chose this strand because STEM strengthens my analytical and problem-solving that are essential in managing a business effectively.

2. For college, I will pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) major in Entrepreneurship or Marketing Management.

a. I will enroll in a reputable university known for strong business programs like in Ateneo de Davao University, University of Mindanao, or any institution with excellent entrepreneurship training.

3. While in college, I will prioritize excelling academically and gaining practical business experience.

a. I plan to start small business pop ups or side projects to gain real-life experience in managing finances, marketing, and customer relations.

4. After graduating from college, I will pursue internships or apprenticeships in established companies.

a. I aim to gain hands-on experience in business operations, marketing, management, and finance.

5. I will proceed to Professional Training.

a. I will also pursue specialized training such as digital marketing, financial management, and business leadership.

6. Final Step: I will establish my own business and fulfill my career objective as an entrepreneur.

a. I will develop a sustainable business model and open a venture in my chosen industry in food.

- The subject Personal Development was very helpful for me because it guided me in understanding my strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations. It helped me reflect on my habits and behaviors, allowing me to see the areas where I need to grow. Through the lessons and activities, I became more aware of my emotions and how I respond to different situations. This subject allowed me to understand myself better and gave me direction in making decisions for my future.

2. What were your key takeaways from the subject?

- My key takeaways from Personal Development include the importance of self-awareness and how understanding ourselves is the first step toward growth. I learned that personal development is a continuous process that requires discipline, reflection, and openness to change. I also realized the value of setting clear goals, managing stress, and building healthy relationships. Overall, the subject taught me practical skills that I can use not only in school but in real-life situations.

3. What two topics were your favorites and why?

- My two favorite topics were Emotional intelligence and Mental health & Well being. Emotional Intelligence was meaningful to me because it helped me understand my emotions better and taught me how to respond calmly and responsibly in different situations. It also made me more aware of how my actions affect the people around me. Mental Health & Well-Being was another favorite because it emphasized the importance of taking care of myself, balancing stress, and maintaining healthy coping habits. These topics made a big impact on how I take care of both my mind and emotions every day.
