There are 2 other counties in Oregon, Wheeler county and Lake county where it would be enough to pay rent, but that is barely being able to pay for it

Livable wage in Yamhill County is $18.86 for one adult. If it's not a livable wage for one person, it most definitely isn't for a whole family.
