Most bullies were once bullied and now feel a need to bully someone else. They may even have a rough home life and just want to feel power. However, it is important to kill them with kindness and make sure and be nice to everyone!

First, you need to make sure that the person is okay and that they don't need any help. Let them know that you are there for them and that you understand. Then tell a trusted adult, and make sure and not do anything the bully would do!

What to do if you are being bullied

If the bully is targeting you, it is important not to lash out at the bully so that you don't make them even madder. It is important to remain level headed and to still be kind even though they are being mean. Don't get physical with the bully, and tell a teacher or another adult what is happening.

Be a buddy

It is important to make sure that everyone has someone they can come and talk to. Be a buddy to everyone in hopes that there would be no more bullies!
