         <description><![CDATA[<p>Terence Bortnick has a long-standing career in as a dealmaker and thought -eader in commercial real estate. He has extensive experience in corporate real estate, commercial real estate brokerage, acquisitions, dispositions and advisory services. In 2022, Terence Bortnick co-founded Axiom Retail Advisors, an advisory and brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate.</p><p>Under his leadership, Axiom has successfully represented various clients, ranging from large national retail landlords to regional and family-owned properties. Equipped with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, Terence Bortnick successfully closed high-profile transactions with notable retailers such as Wal-Mart, Kroger, Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, Home Goods and Raising Canes.</p><p>During his early career, Mr. Bortnick worked as an investment sales broker at the Hanes Company. He later joined Pan Pacific Retail Properties. During his 14-year tenure, he advanced to national director of anchor leasing, overseeing a portfolio of over 125 grocery-anchored and community centers. He played a key role in Pan Pacific’s New York Stock Exchange IPO, and their subsequentacquistions of other publically traded REITs.</p><p>Later, he was appointed president of REZA Investment Group, where he helped the company become one of the top five national brokers of regional malls. He was involved in transactions totaling over one billion dollars.</p><p>Mr. Bortnick has been a Costar Power Broker for 13 years and has received multiple top leasing broker awards in Orange County, Inland Empire, and Los Angeles County. He holds a bachelor's degree in Administrative Studies with a minor in Cconomics from the University of Californa, Riverside and is a licensed real estate broker in California.</p>]]></description>
