Some of the similarities are they both coastal cities, have reliable public transport, international airports, have unique architecture and have safe drinking water (To some extent). The main differences are the education, crime and healthcare as schools in Helsinki are some of the bests in the world but on the other-hand schools in Algiers have a high dropout rate because of the low standards. Some more differences are the house pricing and immigration, Helsinki has very high house pricing and a fair number of immigrants, but Algiers has very low housing and a lot of migration. In conclusion these cities have more differences than simalarities and completly different enviorments.
