It's about nobody paying attention to the world and people anymore, everyone just looks at their cell phones, everyone is like robots. You only see what is shown on the internet and what is shown in the media. Nobody pays attention to each other anymore, unless it ends up on the internet. 
I don't think everyone will change their media consumption after watching this video as it may not appeal to everyone.

The results of the others agree with the pictures and are understandable.

In the video the people are looking at their phone and they are forgetting the „real“ world. Because of there aren‘t any colors it is easy to understand that everything is sad and negative. In generell everyone who is watching the video is able to think about the negative points of social media which are shown. But I think people are just watching the video or hearing the music WITHOUT really thinking about the message. They think it doesn‘t matter or they aren‘t part of it but the important point is, while they are watching, they ARE part of it. Further the people don‘t really know a world without mobile phones so the positive points are too immense that they don‘t want or think about to change it. they are all the time only on the smartphone, but on the internet isn‘t everything real, there are lots of fake news or fake pictures of people that are edited and that ist why many people get complex. so you shouldn’t always believe everything that’s shown on the internet.
when people are too much on the smartphone, it can also happen that they get lazy and don‘t want to do anything else for example with their friends or family, so you should always make sure that you aren’t too much on the smartphone.
