Qian Wei - Good set of notes should entails an outline of required LOs that is in accordance to what is required in O levels syllabus/ AOs. Then in the notes, each LO has notes and explanation governing it, which effectively gives a good summary, long enough for students to refer to when revising, and short enough to not bore them. Then questions are appropriately inserted to guide the formation/ reinforcement of understanding.

Plus lots of love and care. The thought process on the skillsets from earlier topics for example will guide into how notes on related topics can be.
