I think students can learn computational thinking by varying means. Teachers, parents, professors, other trusted adults, peers, etc. It does not fall on one person, at least it shouldn't! Students will most likely also learn naturally, as kids seems to be born with a phone in their hands. It is a skill one should have for the Technological Age we are currently living through!
