Is the one who cross my path that autumn 2002. Did I never imagine finding my dreamed woman. I admire her because she makes me grow as a person, helps me to achieve my goals and dreams, and has always been there in good times but even more so in bad times. I would like to remember a woman from our city, Cartagena. She is Carmen Conde (1907-1996), the first woman in the Royal Academy of the Spanish language, in 1978.

She wrote a lot of novels, poems, theatre, and other literary genders.

Carmen Conde and her husband, Antonio Oliver, created the "Universidad Popular de Cartagena" in 1931. They wanted to bring culture closer to people of the city.

She has a statue in "Carmen Street" (Cartagena) and she was called "Favourite Daughter" of the Region of Murcia and the city of Cartagena.

A strong fighter since she was a child. She started to work very young to help her parents. She got married at 20, in that moment se was pregnant, a few months later I was born.
