This article talks about how players love and energy for the game is so high before the season starts and how players are ready for the season to start and that as the season goes on the energy levels are not as high, and it talks about if you want to be the best then you cant lose that energy that you have at the start of the season.

This matters because it is trying to explain to athletes that are readong the article that if they want to be the best athletes that they can be then they need to keep the same intensity and same energy that they had at the start of the season.

One thing that I got out of this article is that if I keep the same intensity and same energy then I can be better than if i didn't have the energy.

I learned that almost all athletes loose energy and intensity to practice and play, I can apply this information by making sure i keep the same energy so that way I am ready to play instead of not ready to play at all.
