         <title>Groupings of ELL&#39;s</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It's important to note the different groupings of ELL's. <br><br><strong>Canadian-born = </strong>learners from communities that do not speak English and/or staying in another country not speaking English for a prolonged period of time.<strong><br><br>Newcomers = </strong>can come from any country outside Ontario during Grades 9-12 due to planned, urgent or emergency conditions.<br><strong><br>International Students = </strong>pay fees to attend school in Ontario and plan to attend an Ontario college or university<br><br><strong>Students with limited prior schooling = </strong>no prior access to English schooling for various reasons.</div>]]></description>
