Should the military be used as a peace-keeping force?

I believe that the military should be used to hep keep everything under control and to keep the peace. Many people believe that we should not use violent actions but then there are people like me that believe that the military and those forces are needed or else other countries wont listen to our request. When words and documents are not working i think that military action should be used

Should military grade equipment be used by local law-enforcement to "protect" their cities?

There is alot of discussion on wether not police should have military grade weapons but if you look at what is going on with the ferguson case it is well needed. There are major riots that happen all the time and police should have the capability to be able to control these riots effectively

Should the military be able to bomb insurgent villages with innocents in it?

This for me is a very hard subject becaus ei dont believe at any time that innocent people should be killed but at the same time we have to be able to control the opposing force.
