Hello Madam,

I bought some product from your website last week. The delivery just arrived this morning which is earlier than I expected. Your packaging is so amazing but when I look at the date of these products, it was expired three months ago. So, what I want to know is would you give me a refund or send me a new one? I hope all is well with you. I've been meaning to write with my news for buying in your online store. Last week, I ordered the smallest T-shirt here, but unfortunately, I noticed that the wrong size was delivered when it arrived today. Therefore, I would like to return it and get the right one which fits me. I have attached the photo of the wrong size for your reference. I would like to request a replacement for the wrong one. This is Phoo Pwint from Hledan who bought airpods case from your Tiktok shop one week ago. It was delivered to me yesterday evening but I have picked it up from the lobby and unboxed just now. As I have showed in the screenshot below, I ordered Butterfly theme, however, I received Batman theme. Therefore, I would like to know on which date I can return this. And whether is it possible to receive my original order: Butterfly theme since I saw on your page that it was already out of stock. If that is the case, I would like to get refund. Hello,

I purchased a pc binder last week and paid in full from your online shop page. It arrived today and I have just unboxed it. When I took it out of the package, I saw a huge defect in the corner of the binder, as shown in the photo below.

I am contacting you to inform you about this issue because the defect is too big to ignore. I would like to know how you can handle this case. If possible, I would like to return this one and receive a new one.
