I missed the first day of that class due to signing up and the 2nd day of school they had a quiz. She told me to study and I could take it later since I was not there due to the school's mistake. I took the quiz later, got back a 100, then on my progress report she had it as a 0. I spoke with her about it and showed my quiz because I kept it in my binder and she still said it was not a major grade so it wouldn't have a big impact and she wouldn't change my grade. During our post conference we discussed my dissatisfaction with my  low score. I spent hours outlining and taking notes before writing the paper. When I received it back, I asked the professor what I could do

The score of "0" really brought his grade down and he and I both felt very frustrated.
