         <description><![CDATA[<div>Will -&nbsp;<br>I feel that his lifestyle is very unhealthy and unacceptable. He isn't taking care of himself. He should exercise more, do sports such as walking or cycling. He consume way lesser pastry items, as it is not helping with his condition.<br>&nbsp;He should stop eating oily foods as well, as it shows he is consuming 3500 calories a day which is not suitable for a 60 year old. In the case study, he is already 60 years old and he is diabetic. But even with his condition, he is still eating sweet and oily foods.&nbsp;<br><br>Mary -&nbsp;<br>I feel her lifestyle is better compared to will's as it shows that she exercises a lot more.&nbsp;<br>However she should consume Red meat, pork and poultry, Seafood and Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach as it will boost her iron intake.&nbsp;<br><br>Ryan. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;Will :&nbsp;<br>Lifestyle is unhealthy , he is 60 years old and he is diabetic so he should be active more like exercise more , he should cut down on oily snack and dessert and eat more fruits and vegetables and have more protein as his calories is higher than a young person , he is nutritional deficiency and he is lack of vitamins , minerals , protein. He should also plan his meals everyday to avoid high blood sugar level that will cause permanent damage to the nerves in your hands, feet and eyes.&nbsp;<br><br>Mary:&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;is somewhat healthy , she should eat protein instead of vegan food as she is lack of iron which also means that her period will be unstable although she exercise most of the time , she should also eat more carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals to be healthy, she will feel extreme fatigue after every exercise and certain headaches and have cold hand and pale skin .<br><br>Vicky </div>]]></description>

Fruits also contain certain vitamin that are beneficial to our body systems as well.<br>-He should also cut down oily snacks instead, if he wants to have them he should invest in an air fryer as it will minimise the use of oil to fry his item, this way his snacks would be less oily.&nbsp;<br>-Since he is also diabetic while still consuming unhealthy food, he should exercise daily be it brisk walking for 30 minutes, or cycling, swimming or going to the community exercise corner or join the daily morning taichi group.<br><br>Mary:<br>-She should consider taking iron tablets, or consume food higher in iron such as brocolli, spinach, legumes, tofu and pumpkin seeds.<br>-She should also maintain her 5 times a week exercise. Will have to be active more like 5 times a week for half an Hour? as well as the calories reduce to 2000 by changing his eating habits as well as daily sugar intake.<br><br>Mary.<br>Iron deficiency Anemia is when you have decreased level of haemoglobin in your red blood cells. It is also the most common type of deficiency. AS Mary is vegan, Mary can have dark green leafy vegetable in its diet and dried fruits and nuts also.
