She has plenty of previous work experience, and is clearly a hard worker, given her GPA and what she is going for in college. Considering how she says she has more skills for this position, I want to hire her immediately.
She does seem a bit overconfident, but I also hope that will translate over well.

She seems very enthusiastic about her dream job. She talks about her experience working with children. Looking at her experience she is creditable and knows a lot about  this job. She sells her self well and seems to be very confident. She seems to have no doubt in her mind she cannot do the job. She does hint towards being a little too overconfident in her straight forward approach, but that can easily be turned into a great quality in a social worker.]]> 2018-03-15 03:34:16 UTC https://padlet.com/conell666/hqmxfnwz8cx2/wish/242178024 NOT HIRE conell666 https://padlet.com/conell666/hqmxfnwz8cx2/wish/242385625 One important aspect of communication today is making sure everything can be read or heard by everyone.  This cover letter is an example of something that cannot be read or heard by everyone.  If your employer had a disability such as blindness, he or she wouldn't be able to access the cover letter immediately, and therefore he or she couldn't make quick conclusions.  Along with any other improvements to the words themselves, make sure that anyone with any disability will be able to see or hear your important messages.
