i personally would like to do my first idea due to the fact that i think if done right its got good potential to be a great short film and even tho it will be more work and more planning with a team it can be very successful, my second idea is quite pointless might aswell do the full film, and for my third idea it is a good idea but its something that has been done since the start of movies so i think people wont be so interested in watching it.

strengths- i have a very sound plan for my first idea as ive been working on the idea for a while before the start of the fmp.

weaknesses- the idea is quite complex and requires traveling due to the location of the film and the environment that we need for the film so if i was to get a team preferably have some who can drive otherwise filming may be quite slow.

opportunities- because i haven't been director yet this would be a great opportunity to see what i can do and create something that im proud of and could use to start a career in media.

Over the weekend i will be filming t"test" shots for my film. ill be spending the day filming and ill be trying to get to a quality to where ill be able to use my test footage in my final edit to save on time ,i will need to arrange more times to film with my actor as im only booked with him this weekend for test shots so i will need to check when he's next free.

I have also decided to  have the monster hide from the cameras so the viewers can use their own imagination and potentially increase the scare factor of the film. due to the fact that the sound in the film is going to be very important i have done a bit of research on how sound and music is used effectively in horror films and see if i can try and use some certain music that will help build tension in the horror film. i will also be including some sort of brown sound (infra sounds) this will help unsettle the audience and possibly make the film a little more scary. Since i have started doing my research i have learnt alot about filming actors within the car and what angles are most effective when it comes to telling a story and adding tension to a film/ scene.
