Since the government decides everything financially, the money is shared equally among the workers.  Everyone earns the same salary.  Another strength from the government's control is economic security.  It is very easy for people to meet their basic needs because everyone has a job, everyone has an income, and all prices for goods are set at a reasonable level.

The weaknesses of Dictinio's economy are that there is no competition for the market since the government controls everything. Thus, there is no efficiency in production because there is no incentive to create new and better games. Because of this, there is not much economic growth. Things stay the same over time. There are not many weaknesses to the economy of Neutrealli. There is some economic inequality, because some people may not have the skills needed to get good jobs, even though the government provides them with an education. Moneville also has some weaknesses, such as little financial and economic security. The government is not involved in the market, so people do not have a fallback or safety net if they do not or cannot make money. The other main weakness is inequality. Because it is a dog - eat - dog economy, where the winner takes all, there is no financial equality. Moneville would be okay to live in, but the lack of any government control puts people at risk of falling into poverty. Personally, I believe that economic inequality is bad for society, so I would not want to live in Moneville. As for Dictinio, while the equality and guaranteed job is welcoming, the lack of financial freedom is dissuading.
