Through the years painting on canvas using acrylic has been my go-to whenever I wanted to create something. I knew little about painting in general, doing it and admiring it. Doing it made me feel a certain type of freedom. However, admiring a painting done by a professional artist is something i'm not familiar with. Whenever I look at paintings, I tend to look at them by the surface and think what the artist is trying to say. How elements and principles come into play into creating a masterpiece. I would want to apply what I have learned the next time I paint something.
