Metanoia is a mental health assistance app which allows users to potentially improve their mental health conditions, or simply learn about themselves. Our goal is not only to  help individuals all over Indonesia with their well being but raise awareness on the subject of mental health and destigmatize the overall view of it here, in Indonesia. In Metanoia, we give users access to several different features. Users have the ability to take tests to get to know themselves; have consultations with experts; access our weekly newsletter; talk anonymously with other users (to maintain a sense of comfort); send distress signals of several different issues, and many more.
