<title>Newham College London - Preparing for Adulthood by Emily Wayre</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/emilywayre1/hqcrsrmjh1zas8qq</link>
<description>Sometimes we need reminders about how to do stuff, like booking a GP appointment or applying for a passport, maybe you&#39;ll have a try at doing this yourself soon or you already have and do it well. Other times, we&#39;re not sure what services are out there to help us, such as the access to work scheme and mental health support. This Padlet will give you a toolkit that you can use during your preparation for adulthood, plus refresh your memory to boost your newly found adult independence. </description>
