         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I think about learning, unlearning and relearning my mind immediately goes to the Sneetches. They first believed stars were better, they then decided no stars were better and finally realized that what they had learned and unlearned multiple times; no longer mattered and the stars they were obsessed about were insignificant. Although this is a complete simplification of the subject it does encompass the mindset we must go through. The willingness to thoroughly think through and problem solve, to creatively&nbsp; rethink and come up with new useful and unique solutions, change ideas quickly and adapt if it does not work out, collaborate and communicate clearly with their peers and work until the best solution is found. In the end they morally and ethically made the correct decision that the stars were insignificant and all Sneetches are equal.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
