1.      Attention

To catch customer attention we use simple design where it not too many pattern and style but the picture really look good for reader to stop scrolling and read about our product information. Beside that  one of our poster we are using students problem such “Do you stress doing an assignment ?’’ to capture reader eye to read more about benefit of our product. B

2.      Interest

We are offer short problem solving to our customer where our product sweet honey cornflakes could reduce students tension who are stress doing an assignment. This is the statement that some author ever said in an article where consume something sweet could help people to reduce tension. By using this methode we believed that  it could enhance customer interest to take a try.

3.      Desire

In one of our poster we ever state the banefits of our product such it can bring back the cheerful atmosphere and also state our main ingredient that are believed to be halal. Furthermore we are also put the price lower than competitor who are selling the similar product and provide delivery services as low as rm1 to make customer choose our product rather than others seller.

4.      Conviction

In our business we also give a discount of 15% for those who are buy 3 container of cornflakes from us. This discount is purpose to create loyal customer and encourage the customer to buy more.

5.      Action

In our post we always state “what are you waiting for or grabs yours now” to prompts the reader to make a purchase. In addition we also provide whatsapp link to ensure that our customer can directly make an order with us via whatsapp application.

Our purpose using Instagram to do online marketing activities is, it is a visual centric platform, making  it ideal for showcasing product through photo and videos. Visual content tends to be more engaging and can effectively highlight the features and esthetics of the item being sold. About the colour we always used yellow, white, and black in every poster because these colour is one of our business identity and also it was one of our incentive to ensure the customer can identify an recognize our business. For the techniques,  we usually used cheerful music on our instastory to complements the mood or atmosphere we want to convey into our post. By using instagram feature we are able to produce interesting content to attract the attention of customer.

Our reason why we also use facebook is it just to increase our promoter activities in order to ensure our target customer always seeing our advertising so they will recognize our business and memorize our brand in their mind.
