7.1. Last year I was teaching in a Secondary School. I was the tutor teacher of 37 students doing the 3rd Year of Compulsory Secondary Education and their were very dissapointed about their future job. Most of them were non-believers with a low level of access and a low level os desire of employability. In Spain we are having a great problem with these type of students, they are called "NInis" (ni trabajan ni estudian), they feel very dissapointed about the few opportunities that the current labour system is offering to them. It could be a great idea to collaborate with companies in the area to show them what possibilities they are having in their future job.

Considering students in Murcias's background, there is a very good benefit which is that they would learn a lot about real life job, not just studying in the school. Anyways, the disadvantage is that nowadyas, the internship placement in Murcia is very difficult to become a reality taking into account how the present companies work in this region.

As the video suggests we just beginning the 4th Industrial Revolution, we can notice it in our daily lives by means of the new different ways of communicating with other people using the new technologies such as Facebook or Whatsapp. This is real life not the future, we are changing our relationships with other people by using them. Since life is changing so fast, it is very difficult to predict how it will affect our everyday life, anyway I think we should focus on being more humans and use the new technologies to have a better world.

4.1. I am a teacher in a primary school, my students are very young, therefore I think the most suitable strategies to help them to start thinking about their future job are helping students to see scientists as real people and connecting the dots. I would prepare a visit from parents to explain their jobs, for example, when I'm explaining the human body in Science or the vocabulary related to illnesses in English, it could be interesting to organize a visit of a father/mother working as a scientist, doctor or nurse in order to connect career information with this learning and to show them that they have normal lives.

Since my students are very young the practice that I use are integrate experiential activities in the classroom (role-playing or designing research posters), incorporate authentic research (by using science projects making predictions and establishing conclusions) and invite guest speakers. It could be interesting to expose students to worksites and outside opportunities, share personal experiences adn support inclusion of science careers in school career fairs.

5.1. In Spain, most girls are not interested in STEM careers. I have been teaching in Secondary Education for 8 years, and most girls decide to study degrees dealing with eduaction or social services. I really agree with Debbie Sterling, I find the previous video really motivating, because our society teaches boys and girls some stereotypes which are not really true. We as teachers should promote that gender must not be decisive for choosing a degree in the future

5.2. The tips mentioned in the info sheet are very interesting. In fact I use some of them with my students. For example, when we do pair work, I always try to mix by gender because they have different opinions and it is very interesting. I use instructional material which show different roles, super heroes (girls and boys), activities changing gender roles and in one of our last lessons for the 6th grade my students have learnt about Elizabeth Blackwell the first woman on the UK Medical Resgister

There is a very famous Spanish astronaut, the first Spanish person to be an astronaut, his name is Pedro Duque. From my point of view, the best STEM Career Event is STEM career fairs, because they could be in contact with the real world and realize that jobs are a reality, that is to say, if I talk about jobs in my classroom or we search inmoration through the internet is not the same as talking with real workers.
