         <description><![CDATA[<div>Having designated spots for partner or small group activities and standing conversations measured out and set up ahead of time can help with distancing and organization. As I interacted with each group, I encouraged students to stay on their spots. Attached is a link to a visual I showed on the screen as I quickly guided my students to their spots for their small group conversations. Please feel free to make a copy of the Google Slides template and insert your student names ahead of time.
