Also one example is he was getting chased by a bear, and trying to find some berries. I think that the author is just trying to tell us that even if you are some where

I think the author chose a setting in Florida because Florida might have meant something to him. The author might have wanted the dad to be really kid like and the and the child to be responsible and more adult like because he wanted his book to be different from other peoples books. Over all I think the authors Perseus is to make you feel that his book was funny silly and different from the rest.

The author was trying to tell people that life was hard in the 1800's. the book Running Out Of Time showed that there are lots of mysteries in life. the story was told in first person

I think my authors purpose is to get reader thinking about how hard it actually is to live in the woods, or to feel emotions that the characters in the book feel. Also I think or author is trying to make Brain feel that he is not in the city, he is in the woods and he is trying to tell us that living in the woods is not easy. So far it's hard for Brain and his body. My book is Hatchet!

In Running Out Of Time the author is telling it in first person.

I think that the authors purpose for my book Million dollar putt is to show people that they should be more kind to people who are different. Also I think the Author decided to make the main character (Edward Bogard) blind but make it show that he is still good at a lot of stuff. finally I think that the aurthor decided to make this story first person so we can be more aware of blindness

I think the author´s purpose in The Million Dollar Putt is to make people aware of that kind of situation. For example, when Bogie discovers he can swing like a pro, he had never played golf before. But when he tried swinging the ball off the tee, he could almost always make it go 100 yards or more, and weirder still, he was blind, and in a different chapter, he shows his friend Birdie what it´s like to not be able to see.

I think that the author chose to use the words: A frozen dead iguana, because they wanted to be more descriptive than just saying: a dead iguana fell from a tree. I think he did this just to make the book not look like it was written by a 6 year old. it also made the book look a lot more clean and make it feel like you were actually there instead of you feeling like you are just reading some random ink on paper.
