A wide range of employers will be showcasing themselves, either actively recruiting for summer 2026 apprenticeship starts or giving up their time to advise students on the apprenticeship opportunities available within the county. Students can receive apprenticeship opportunities directly from employers related to their interests, skills, and academic profiles. For example, Amie from the British Army recently contacted students interested in medicine and healthcare about the Army's healthcare apprenticeships.

About the programme

Across the six years, apprentices will gain experience across a range of legal departments, including Finance, Corporate, Disputes, and ENRI (Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure).

• Four days per week spent working on real projects, live deals, and client cases

• One day per week dedicated to study with BPP University

• Work towards an LLB (Hons) Law and Legal Practice and a Solicitor Level 7 Apprenticeship

As ever all students in years 8-13 are invited to join our free online 45 minute Employability Skills webinar to boost their employability skills and elevate their careers literacy. During this interactive live session, students will learn about key employability skills, gain real-world advice from working professionals and discover different career pathways in the food and consumer goods industry. Attending a session meets Gatsby Benchmark 4.

National Apprenticeship Week

Throughout the week our workshops will be joined by a panel of food & drink apprentices from companies like Aldi, Tesco, Mondelez and Muller, who will discuss their experiences, the skills they have gained and share advice to students. Hearing from relatable role models who are early in their career will help inspire your students during this year’s National Apprenticeship Week 2026 #NAW2026
